This is your life...

The style of this piece was inspired by the halftone compositions featured in one of Ken Hiebert's books. The quote featured in the composition is from the film Fight Club.

Bitmap Alphabet

I was inspired by Sci-Fi movies like 2001: A Space Odyssey when designing this font and envision it being used on LED displays similar to those used in alarm clocks or some other quasi-futuristic application. The letter forms exist within a 5x5 grid and I therefore decided to resolve issues of leading and kerning on LED displays by making it a monospaced typeface.
