Joy

My 90 year old grandmother is the inspiration for this print. It is about exposing the idea, that women can have wrinkles, be happy and unapologetically embrace their aging appearance. Bright colors were used to signify happiness. Rays of light shine from behind her to give her an idol-like appearance.
